Jose Mourinho the Portuguese Tactician who had been without a club since he left Manchester United had been rumoured to take over from Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham Hotspur very soon. Apart from Tottenham Hotspur the former Manchester, Chelsea Real Madrid tactician’s next club is yet to be known. Since he left Manchester United in August 2016 he had kept numb over the next club he wants to go. Some of the players he had worked with attest to his demands from them which is all about having a winning mentality.
Jose Mourinho is a success as a coach winning many laurels with different European clubs it is a very remarkable achievement. He had won the prestigious UEFA Champions League twice with two (2) different clubs namely FC Porto in 2002 and Inter Milan in 2010. He is one of the five coaches that had achieved the same feat with different clubs in Europe.
He is a coach that believes so much in the progress of a particular player, this can be seen in the football careers of some of the players he worked with at Chelsea example of such are Didier Drogba of Cote Divoire and John Obi Mikel of Nigeria. These two players and many more were pushed so harder to give their best for Chelsea under the watchful eyes of this great tactician Jose Mourinho.
Apart from winning the European champions league with two different clubs, he made sure he sets a record of winning laurels for any club he worked for.
In 2002 he won the Portugal Primeira with Porto, Taca the Portugal and the UEFA cup, from there he joined Chelsea in 2005 and won the EPL title twice, FA cup title one and the League cup once. He left in 2008 and became manager of Inter Milan where he won the Italian Serie A title, Coppa Italia and the European Champions League that same season. He was also recognized by before and awarded the FIFA WORLD COACH OF THE YEAR in 2010.
He left for Real Madrid and won Copa Del Rey and La Liga title the first season he took over. In 2013 he won another league title and League with Chelsea. In 2016 he was hired by Manchester United where he won the Europa League title and the English League cup and left after a poor run of the club.
Where he will be heading to from now, only time will tell to see this wonderful tactician that brings out the best in his squad where ever he finds himself. All the best as you plan to be in the dugout once again for any football club in the world.
