LIVERPOOL FC MADE IT 9 OUT OF 10

Liverpool fc made it 9 out of 10 during the weekend, coming from a goal behind to defeat Tottenham Hotspur by 2-1 at Anfield. Tottenham went ahead in the 1st minute of the 1st half by headed in goal by Harry Kane and led to the end of 1st half. In the 2nd half, Liverpool equalized through Henderson J. strike. In the 52th minute Mohammed Salah made it 2-1 through a penalty after the Video Assistant Referee Check (VAR) spotted infringement on Sadio Mane in the 18 yard box.

 The Centre referee pointed to the spot which Mohammed Salah made no mistake to tuck it away, and it ended 2-1 full time.  Liverpool Fc had won 9 and drew only 1 of their matches in the league this season, scoring a total number of 23 goals and conceding 8.  Having 28 points, 6 more than second placed Manchester City who defeated  Aston Villa in one of the English premier league matches played on Saturday by 3-0.

MANCHESTER UNITED SHOWED THE CLASS THEY ARE MADE OF

Manchester United hit three past Norwich City, three goals from Mctominay S., Rashford and Anthony Martial were all Manchester United needed to get the 3 maximum points from Norwich City.

Manchester United went ahead in the match with a goal from Mctominay S. in the 21th minute, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) adjudged a push on Daniel James by Ben Godfrey to be a foul inside the eighteen yard box, and the centre referee awarded a penalty in the 29th minute.  Rashford stepped up to take it, krul T. judged rightly and caught that one. In the 30th minute a through pass from James D. to Rashford, which he made no mistake in putting Manchester United 2-0 up.

And also in the 44th minute, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) spotted the ball handling of the Norwich defender, and the centre referee pointed to the spot, Anthony Martial this time took it and Krul T. the Norwich City goal keeper saved the spot kick the second penalty save by him in one single match.

 And it ended 0-2 in favour Manchester United in the first half. In the second half, Anthony Martial made it 3-0 for Manchester United in the 73rd minute from a back heel pass from Rashford.

 Norwich City got a consolatory goal from Hernandez in the 88th minute. It ended 1-3 for Manchester United.

ARSENAL DEFENSIVE LAPSES CONTINUE TO HIT THEM

Arsenal playing in front of their teeming fans, who expected them to replicate the result on Thursday night with Portuguese division side who they beat 3-2 in the Europa League group third round fixture.

Arsenal was 2 goals up thanks to goals from Sokratis and David Luiz in the 7th and 9th minute of the 1st half respectively.  In the 32nd minute, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) spotted that Calum Chambers had a tackle on Zaha and a spot kick was awarded which Miliovojevic L.  tucked away and it was 2-1 as they go in for the break.

 In the second half, David Luiz and co failed to deal with a cross from McArthur J. which Jordan Ayew the Ghanaian International nodded in for the equalizer in the 75th minute.

The match ended 2-2; Arsenal has 16 points sitting in fifth position scoring 15 goals and conceding 14 are behind Chelsea which has 20 points from ten matches which defeated Burnley by 2-4 goals on Saturday evening. Chelsea had scored 23 goals and conceded 16 this season.
