THE CHOICE OF WHOM YOU BECOME IS YOURS

ALBERT EINSTEIN

ALBERT EINSTEIN .

When God created man, He deposited in him doses of potentials. This simply means that every man and woman created by God has a hidden potential or talent, waiting to be developed. He expects us to maximize them to our advantage and further extend the frontiers of humanity. Regrettably, some people allow circumstances, challenges and even people to decide their fate for them.

Having equipped us with diverse potentialities, He expects us to look beyond our sitting position. While some people who understood it were able to see their tomorrow from their yesterday and worked hard to correct any anomalies therein: some comfortably stand with hands akimbo, waiting for tomorrow to decide their fate. Yet, some are script actors, who find joy in being used to destroy the good works of others.

THE YOUNG GERMAN BOY WAS ADVISED BY HIS TEACHER

The story of Albert Einstein remains a litmus test to those who think that their future lies in the hands of someone else. When the young German boy was advised by his teacher to withdraw from school, because of his inability to understand mathematics, his initial reaction may have been, this is the terminal point for my academics.

But no, he would not give in to it. Though it was a piece of advice, he chose not to take it. No one is under any obligation to take any piece of advice that will not yield positive fruit in that person’s life. He may have promised his teacher that he will prove him wrong. Albert Einstein refused people, challenges and utterances from people to decide his fate.

The good news is that that same young man, who was advised to drop out of school, owing to his mathematical deficiency, was the same person who changed the perception of mankind on space and time. It was his theory of relativity that made space travel, electronic technology, computer, and other aspects of quantum physics possible.

EVIL COMMUNICATION CORRUPTS GOOD MANNERS

Only you can choose what you want to become. The scripture says in Numbers, 14:28. As surely as I live declares the Lord, I will do to you the very things I heard you say” What have you told God about yourself? The bible says there is power in the spoken word. Also, remember that evil communication corrupts good manners.

Do not try to be someone else; you are one of a kind. God has a purpose for creating you, but He is waiting for you to unveil it. Be wise, love yourself, and choose right for the choice you made today, will determine your tomorrow.
